一、      学院需求方向

I. Requirement

II. Warmly Welcomes Candidates for Young Professionals

 

招聘对象和条件

Recruitment Criteria:

1.        属自然科学或工程技术领域,年龄不超过40周岁;

Has a natural science, engineering or technology background, and under the age of 40.

2.        取得博士学位,并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历(业绩条件特别突出的海外博士可申请破格);

Has already acquired his/her PhD, and normally has more than 3 years’ research experience overseas (candidates with exceptional academic achievements may be exempt from the latter requirement)

3.        申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位;已经在国内工作的,回国时间应在一年以内;

Has an official teaching or research position in a well-known university, research institute or company R&D before coming to China. For those who are already back in China they should be within one year of their return.

4.        为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力;

Should be outstanding among his/her peers in the same research area, and has potential to be first-class scientists or specialists.

5.        引进后需全职回国工作。

He/she should be working full-time in China after he/she wins the “Young Professionals” award.

入选者相关待遇

Treatment for the Awardees:

1.        提供有竞争力的薪酬、安家费及购房补贴;

Competitive salary, settling-in allowance and housing subsidy.

2.        配套经费:除国家提供的科研经费(100300万元)外,学校另提供1:1的配套经费;

Start-up funding: on top of the start-up research funding (1-3 million) from the National Government, UESTC will provide the same amount of funding.

3.        学校根据入选者实际工作需要,提供办公、实验场地;

UESTC provides working and research platform in accordance with the awardees’ actual needs. 

4.        聘任到教授岗位,并授予博士生导师资格。

The Awardees will be appointed as a professor and PhD supervisor.

 

三、教授

III. Professor

国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位,或在国内著名高校担任教授职务;业绩显著、学术水平突出,年龄一般不超过40岁。

Qualification: A doctorate degree from a renowned university or a professor in a prestigious university of China, and excellent academic record, who is under 40 years of age.

工作及生活条件:

1.提供科研启动经费:工科20-40万元,其他学科8-20万元;

2.提供安家费:10万元;

3.提供购房补贴:第一个聘期15-25万元。

Compensation:

Startup money: ¥200,000-400,000 in engineering and ¥80,000-200,000 in other fields.

Relocation: ¥100,000.

Housing: ¥150,000-250,000.

 

四、副教授

IV. Associate Professor

国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位,业绩突出、极具发展潜力,年龄一般不超过35岁。

Qualification: A doctorate degree from a renowned university, proven academic record, and great potential in achievement and advancement in career, who is under 35 years of age.

工作及生活条件:

1.提供科研启动经费:工科15-20万元,其他学科5-15万元;

2.提供安家费:6万元;

3.提供购房补贴:第一个聘期8-10万元。 

Compensation:

Startup money: ¥150,000-200,000 in engineering and ¥50,000-150,000 in other fields.

Relocation: ¥60,000.

Housing: ¥80,000-100,000.

 

五、骨干教师

V. Assistant Professor

国内外著名大学或研究机构取得博士学位,具有发展潜力,年龄一般不超过35岁。

Qualification: A doctorate degree from a renowned university and great potential of success in academia, who is under 35 years of age.

工作及生活条件:

1.提供科研启动经费:工科10-15万元,其他学科3-10万元;

2.提供安家费2万元;

3.两年内提供过渡性住房一套。

Compensation:

Startup money: ¥100,000-150,000 in engineering and ¥30,000-100,000 in other fields.

Relocation: ¥20,000.

Housing: transitional housing for a 2-year period.

 

备注:引进的外籍教师薪酬可面议。

Note: Salary and benefit of an invited and outstanding foreign scholar are negotiable.
